First Visit
Finding out you or your child needs orthodontic treatment doesn’t need to be a stressful event. Our orthodontists and staff at OrthoWorks will walk you through every step. Your first visit will include an introduction to our orthodontist and highly trained team. A thorough clinical examination will be completed and you will have a chance to express any orthodontic concerns you may have. Your orthodontist will provide a preliminary diagnosis, explain any orthodontic problems and, finally, recommend the best course of action for your care. Recommended appliances including Invisalign aligners, braces or expanders will be described in detail. You will also receive an estimate as to the length of time the treatment will take, the frequency of appointments and the estimated treatment fee. The consultation typically takes 45 minutes to an hour.

Insurance and Finance
Our office accepts most major insurances. Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of each individual insurance contract. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services and allow them 45 days to render payment. After 60 days, you are responsible for the entire balance, paid-in-full. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer you.
